So on Danny's birthday we had family come over to celebrate. o.m.g I HAVE A TEENAGER NOW!!!!



With the birthday money he got he bought himself a dirt bike. He is way excited to learn to ride it and can hardly wait to take it to my parents house in El Berta.

Thanksgiving 2010

We were so blessed to be able to have the entire Dorado clan at Thanksgiving dinner this year. This will be a year to never forget! And since this was such a rare occasion, we took family pictures a few days later. My dear friend and cutest CHICA in the world took them for us (you know who you are :-) xoxoxoxoxox

Good laugh from Andrew today....

So I was on my way to drop off Andrew at school today and the radio people were talking to Alema Harrington (famous athlete). He apparently was in an accident a few weeks ago on the freeway and a disk brake fell off of a semi trailer, broke through his windshield and hit him in the arm/shoulder. He teamed up with UDOT (utah dept of transportation) on reminding people to take the time to tie down things in their trailers to help avoid accidents.

Anyway I had no idea Andrew was even paying attention to the radio. He then proceeds to tell me that he wants to go to the website and see the video that Alema had made with UDOT. I told him to remember to write down UDOT.UTAH.GOV so that we could go on this afternoon and check it out.

When I picked him up later this afternoon, he pulled out a wrinkled piece of paper to show to me. I opened it up and it read "u.utah.gov" Do you get it?? Instead of udot.utah.gov
Needless to say I almost peed my pants laughing!!!!!!

HALLOWEEN 2010

This year Dr Andrew James Anaya (AKA Brain Surgeon) was out trick-or-treating in between his surgeries.

He also did some pumpkin painting and decor at Provo College.

Lake Powell (Memorial Day Weekend)

This year we went to Lake Powell over this lovely holiday season with our friends Lisa & David, we had a blast!! It was very warm but the water was extremely cold. As you can see the kids didn't mind getting soaked.

Danny obviously was ready to chomp up the catch of the day. As you can see he was also puckering up for a big KISS!!!

Summer Time "hanging out"

Every year I take off a week from work and hang out with my family. Last year we went to the Heber Creeper, Hogle Zoo, Provo Canyon & the Bean Museum. Its a fun time to relax and spend time together.
